სმარტ მობილური გამფილტვრელი და ჩამომსხმელი მცირე ღვინის მარნებისთვის კახეთში - Smart mobile filtering and bottling solution for micro-wineries in Kakheti

დევიზი: „შეიგრძენი! ისიამოვნე! თან წაიღე!“

ყველასთვის კარგად ცნობილი ფაქტია, რომ საქართველო ვაზისა და ღვინის წარმოების 8000 წლიანი ისტორიის მქონე ქვეყანაა. სამოთხეა ღვინის მოყვარულთათვის, რომელთაც სთავაზობს საუკეთესო ღვინოების მრავალფეროვან არჩევანს, მოყვანილს და დამზადებულს განსხვავებულ გარემოში. ტურისტებს შეუძლიათ ესტუმრონ ძალიან ბევრ ღვინის ქარხნებსა თუ საოჯახო მარნებს და დააგემოვნონ მათი ღვინო. ზოგიერთი მათგანი საუკუნეებსაც კი ითვლის. შეხვდნენ კეთილმოსურნე ადამიანებს, რომლებიც მზად არიან ისაუბრონ საათობით ღვინის დაყენების ტექნოლოგიებზე.

პრობლემა ისაა, რომ სტუმრებს სურთ შეიძინონ ბოთლი ღვინო, რომელიც მათ ღვინის სარდაფში დააგემოვნეს, მაგრამ ყიდვა შეუძლიათ მხოლოდ რამდენიმე მაღაზიაში და ზოგიერთ სამრეწველო საწარმოში. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ საქართველოს უდიდესი ისტორია აქვს მეღვინეობის მიმართულებით, გლეხებს და მარნის მეპატრონეებს არ აქვთ საშუალება ჩამოასხან საკუთარი ღვინო და შესთავაზონ სტუმრებს.   

  

ამ რეალობიდან გამომდინარე კოლეჯი „აისის“ მეღვინე-მევენახე ჯგუფის სტუდენტებმა გადაწყვიტეს მოეგვარებინათ ეს პრობლემა. აღსანიშნავია, რომ მათ მოიფიქრეს შეექმნათ მცირე ღვინის ჩამომსხმელი ხაზი და შეეთავაზებინათ გლეხებისთვის თავიანთი მომსახურება. ჩამოესხათ მათი ღვინო და  შეეფუთათ მათ საკუთარ სახლშივე.

მთავარი იდეა, ამ პროექტის არის ის, რომ გლეხები შეძლებენ გაყიდონ მეტი საკუთარი ღვინო სახლიდან გაუსვლელად და ტურისტებმა კი შეძლონ იყიდონ სახლის ღვინოები ადგილზევე, გლეხების მარნებში.  

პროექტი არის ინოვაციური, რადგან არ არსებობს მსგავსი სახის კომპანია, რომელსაც შეუძლია ამგვარი ტიპის მომსახურების შეთავაზება გლეხებისთვის. ეს იქნება სოფლის განვითარების ერთ-ერთი ინოვაციური მიდგომა. ეს პროექტი დაეხმარება როგორც ადგილობრივ ბიზნესს, ასევე მოსახლეოებას, რადგან რეგიონის ეკონომიური სიძლიერე დამოკიდებულია მეღვინეობასა და ღვინის ტურიზმზე.

იმისათვის, რომ განახორციელონ ეს პროექტი, სტუდენტებს სჭირდებათ შემდეგი მოწყობილობების შეძენა:          

Ø  ღვინის ჩამომსხმელი – 1000 ევრო

Ø  ფილტრი – 300 ევრო

Ø  ტუმბო - 100 ევრო

Ø  ხუფის მანქანა – 50 ევრო

Ø  ეტიკეტის მანქანა – 50 ევრო

სტუდენტების მიზანია გაზარდონ მომსახურების არეალი და ჩართონ სხვა რეგიონებიც, და რაც ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანია გაამართლონ გუნდის სლოგანი:

„შეიგრძენი! ისიამოვნე! თან წაიღე!“

    You know well enough that Georgia is a wine-country with its 8000 years of history of wine-growing and wine making. It’s a paradise for wine lovers providing with a big variety of fine wines, made of different grapes, grown in various environments. Tourists can visit a great many wineries and lots of wine-cellars, some of which are centuries old and taste their wines. Meet welcoming farmers who are ready to speak about making wines as long as they are able to listen.

     
     The problem is that the visitors want to buy a bottle of home-made wine which they tasted and liked  in wine-cellar, but the bottle of wine is for sale just in a few shops in the cities and some industrial enterprises. That’s because in spite of Georgia’s great history of wine-making, farmers and small wine-cellar owners don’t have means to bottle their wines and offer to visitors.

     From this real situation college `AISI` vine-grower/wine-maker students group have decided to solve this problem. Notably, their aim is to create a mini wine bottling line on a car and offer to peasants to bottle their wine and packing in their own homes. The main idea of this project is, that farmer will be able to sell more own wine without getting out of home and tourists will be able to buy the bottle of wine in wine-cellar.

     Their project is innovatory because there isn’t exist such kind of service and a company in Georgia and this will be rural development innovation. This project will help as local business as well communities because our region’s economics strongly depends on wine-making and wine-tourism.

     In order to carry out their project students need to buy the following equipments:

Ø  Bottle filler – 1000 €

Ø  Filter – 300 €

Ø  Pump - 100 €

Ø  Corker – 50 €

Ø  Label machine – 50 €

     This team’s aim is to increase a service and involve other regions and the most important is to keep their team’s  slogan:
